General Information
Minimum order is 1 full carton of any grade. New Leaf Paper does not own its own warehouses and cannot break cartons. Even carton orders only - no exceptions.

For any order under 200 pounds, there is an additional small order charge of $40.

Terms of Sale

All prices are subject to taxes for shipping addresses in the states of California and New York.

Standard Payment Terms are Net 21 unless otherwise specified.
Past due invoices are subject to finance charges of the lesser amount of either 1.5% or the maximum rate applicable by law.

Tolerances on Manufactured Orders

5000 - 10,000 lbs			10%
10,001 - 39,999 lbs			5%
40,000+ lbs			3%

Tolerances double if customer requests no overs or no unders.

Shipping

Shipping dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. New Leaf Paper shall not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to manufacture or deliver due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
